Guarantee One
Not a promise. A document.
Your ICX implant body and abutment are covered by a 20-year written manufacturer guarantee. ICX is made by medentis medical GmbH, whose quality management is TÜV Rheinland-certified (ISO 13485); the implants are CE-marked under EU MDR. The guarantee is documented in your Implant Passport, valid across the EU, and transferable to any treating dentist who requests verification. If the implant body or abutment fails within 20 years due to manufacturing defect, the manufacturer replaces it. In writing. Before you arrive.
Excludes failure caused by smoking, untreated periodontal disease, or trauma. Standard manufacturer warranty terms apply. Full warranty document issued at completion of treatment.
Guarantee Two
If something goes wrong and your home dentist won't handle it — we fly you back to Zagreb and fix it.
We are not in the business of collecting payment and disappearing. If a complication arises within 24 months of your procedure that your home dentist is unable or unwilling to manage, we arrange and cover your return travel for corrective assessment and treatment. ISO 9001-certified, EU-regulated, 17 years in operation — this is what that actually means.
