1. Acceptance

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who we are

This website is operated by Poliklinika za stomatologiju i estetiku lica Ars Salutaris d.o.o., a dental polyclinic registered in Zagreb, Croatia (Otona Župančića 16, 10000 Zagreb).

3. Website content is not medical advice

Information on this website is published for general educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for an individual clinical consultation. Treatment decisions require a personal consultation, a 3D segmented diagnostic scan, and a written treatment plan signed by both you and your treating clinician. Do not act on website content alone.

4. Consultations are non-binding

An initial 30-minute consultation is free of charge. Requesting one does not create any treatment contract or financial obligation. No payment is required to receive a written quote.

5. Quote validity (Price Lock Promise)

Written treatment quotes are valid for 90 days from the date of issue, with an explicit ±10% variation cap built into the treatment agreement. If our 3D scan on arrival reveals additional clinical need beyond the cap, you decide whether to proceed at the revised price or walk away with no charge.

6. Warranties

Our written warranty schedule is published at /en/guarantees and reproduced in your treatment agreement. Warranties are manufacturer-backed, cover materials only, and exclude biological-medical changes.

7. Intellectual property

All website content (text, images, logos, design) is owned by Ars Salutaris d.o.o. or used under licence. You may share links to pages on this site. Reproduction of substantive content requires our prior written consent.

8. Liability

We take reasonable care to keep website information accurate, but we make no warranty of completeness or absence of error. Our maximum liability arising from website use is limited to the cost of any consultation fees paid, which for a free consultation is zero. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Croatian or EU consumer-protection law.

9. Third-party links

Where we link to peer-reviewed sources (PubMed, manufacturer pages, regulatory bodies), we are not responsible for content on those external sites.

10. Privacy

Personal data is handled per our privacy policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Croatian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Zagreb, Croatia. EU consumers may also seek out-of-court resolution via the European Consumer Centres Network (ec.europa.eu/consumers/ecc).
