Three structural reasons. (1) Our CAD/CAM lab (Naturaldent) is in the same building — we don't pay external lab markup. (2) Croatian operating costs are roughly 40% of Stockholm's — rent, salaries, taxes scale down without compromising the materials, which come from the same EU suppliers (Ivoclar Vivadent for E.max). (3) We run a high-volume specialist practice — 90,000+ patients in 17 years. None of these reasons compromise the ceramic, the lab, or the surgeon. The savings are structural, not a quality cut.

Yes. E.max is manufactured by Ivoclar Vivadent (Liechtenstein) and shipped under the same EU material directives to every certified clinic in Europe. The ceramic block in our lab is the same block your Stockholm dentist would mill. The difference between clinics is the surgical technique (preparation depth), the lab milling quality (calibration), and the bonding protocol — all three of which sit with our clinical team, not the material.

We default to minimal-prep (0.3–0.5mm enamel reduction) for most cases. For specific cases where enamel is already worn or the aesthetic goal can be achieved without preparation, we use no-prep (additive only). We do NOT do aggressive "shaving" for cosmetic effect — that approach destroys enamel irreversibly and is not standard European practice. Your candidacy for each approach is determined at the consultation 3D scan.

Peer-reviewed survival data: ~95% at 10 years for properly placed lithium disilicate veneers (Layton & Walton, J Prosthet Dent 2012). With normal home care (electric toothbrush, regular hygienist visits, mouthguard if you grind), expect 15–20 years before any consideration of replacement. Causes of premature failure are almost always bruxism (untreated grinding) or trauma — both of which we screen for at consultation.

Honest answer: only for treatment plans above 57 500 kr (€5,000). An 8-veneer smile makeover at 29 800 kr (€2,592) sits below that threshold, so the Loop Hotel is not included by default. We do offer preferred-patient rates at The Loop (clinic-owned, 20 meters away) — typically 800–1 050 kr (€70–€90)/night for our patients vs 1 400 kr (€120) list. A 16-veneer full-mouth makeover (€5,184) crosses the threshold and unlocks the included accommodation.

The digital smile design step is specifically designed to eliminate this risk. You approve the visual outcome BEFORE any treatment begins. If after fitting you genuinely dislike the shade or shape — and we have documented your approval at the design stage — we will rework within reason. For shade adjustments that don't require remake, that's included. For full remake driven by patient preference change (not clinical defect), additional cost applies; we discuss the scope honestly at the time.
